    Role & Responsibilities

    * Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure NetSuite to align with business processes, including creating custom fields, workflows, and scripts as needed.
    * User Support: Provide user support and training to ensure that employees can effectively use NetSuite, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to optimize user experience.
    * System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain NetSuite records, roles, permissions, and configurations to keep the system running smoothly.
    * Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other teams to manage and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business-critical systems.
    * Data Management: Ensure data integrity by monitoring data quality, cleaning up duplicates, and performing data migrations as necessary.
    * Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system changes, customizations, and best practices for reference.
    * System Enhancements: Stay up-to-date with NetSuite releases and recommend enhancements and new features to improve business processes.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    * Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
    * NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
    * Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
