NetSuite Business Analyst

Location: Greater Boston Area (Onsite - 4 Days per Week)

Position Overview

The NetSuite Business Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, supporting the company's NetSuite ERP environment and its integrated business applications. This individual will partner closely with users across the organization to gather requirements, improve business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and drive user adoption while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with end users, understands how NetSuite supports core business operations, and can balance technical problem-solving with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Support and optimize the company's NetSuite ERP environment.
* Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to understand business needs and recommend scalable solutions.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system enhancements.
* Support NetSuite integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Celigo, EDI, Shopify, and other third-party applications.
* Assist with system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and training.
* Drive user adoption by promoting NetSuite best practices and standardized business processes.
* Help improve data quality, reporting, and overall system efficiency.
* Troubleshoot day-to-day ERP issues and coordinate with technical resources when necessary.
* Participate in ongoing ERP optimization projects and future system enhancements.

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience supporting NetSuite ERP in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or ERP Analyst role.
* Experience supporting NetSuite-related business applications and integrations, including platforms such as Salesforce, Celigo, EDI, Shopify, or similar technologies.
* Experience within the Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, Wholesale, or Distribution industries.
* Strong understanding of business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Customer Operations.
* Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with business stakeholders and managing customer-facing business processes.
* Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting cross-functional projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting eCommerce platforms and omnichannel operations.
* Knowledge of NetSuite Saved Searches, Workflows, and reporting.
* Experience with integrations using Celigo or other iPaaS platforms.
* Exposure to Salesforce administration or CRM processes.
* Experience with UAT, end-user training, and change management.

NetSuite Functional Analyst

About the Role
An established organization is seeking a NetSuite Functional Analyst to join their growing team and support their NetSuite environment by supporting critical finance and supply chain operations. This role will act as the functional bridge between business users and technical development, ensuring NetSuite is optimized to support end‑to‑end business processes.
This is a highly visible role with strong ownership across system configuration, user support, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary functional owner of the NetSuite platform, supporting finance, supply chain, and warehouse operations
Configure and optimize core NetSuite processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report
Build and maintain Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
Partner closely with end users to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements
Collaborate with NetSuite developers, providing detailed specifications and supporting solution design
Support user adoption through troubleshooting, training, and continuous system enhancements
Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives within NetSuite

Desired Qualifications

Business Systems Manager (NetSuite)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Manager to own and lead a mission-critical NetSuite environment within a high-volume distribution business. This role has end-to-end responsibility for the performance, roadmap, and governance of NetSuite, with a strong focus on financial systems and warehouse operations.
You will lead the NetSuite function, manage internal administrators and external partners, and work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT leadership to ensure the platform scales with the business and supports efficient, controlled processes.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong ERP ownership with real-world understanding of inventory, distribution, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the overall health, performance, and strategic roadmap of the NetSuite ERP environment
* Lead and develop a team of NetSuite administrators and system support resources
* Partner with Finance to support GL, AP/AR, month-end close, reporting, audits, and financial controls
* Partner with Operations and Warehouse teams to support inventory, receiving, picking, shipping, replenishment, and cycle counting
* Oversee NetSuite development, configurations, workflows, scripts, and third-party integrations
* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external NetSuite partners
* Drive process improvement, system governance, change management, and scalable ERP standards

Desired Qualifications

* 5-8+ years of ERP or business systems experience with strong NetSuite ownership
* Proven leadership experience managing administrators, analysts, or application teams
* Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and distribution/warehouse operations

Nice to Have

* Experience in distribution, wholesale, automotive aftermarket, or multi-warehouse environments
* NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant)
* Experience with WMS, RF/barcoding, EDI, shipping/logistics integrations, or inventory planning

An established organisation is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee core financial operations and strengthen reporting practices during a period of system implementation and team transition. Reporting to the Controller, this role plays a crucial part in driving financial accuracy and accountability across the general ledger and accounts payable functions, directly supporting reliable reporting and sound decision-making.
