    JOB SUMMARY

    The Controller is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations within a manufacturing organization. This role manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Project Accounting functions while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies. The Controller will plan, organize, and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; recommend and implement accounting process improvements; and serve as a key liaison to external auditors, banks, and advisors.     ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Manage daily accounting and reporting, including general ledger activities.

    Reconcile daily sales; review AR and AP aging; process internal and external commissions.

    Analyze prepaid expenses and accruals; perform bank reconciliations and reviews.

    Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
