About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in Coupa and Concur administration, and a solid understanding of finance system workflows and integrations within NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the system administrator and subject matter expert for Coupa and Concur, supporting configuration, user access, workflows, and issue resolution.
* Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to streamline system processes and ensure best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalate to vendors when necessary, and drive continuous improvements.
* Support month-end and quarter-end close by ensuring systems are functioning optimally.
