    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Oversee all aspects of indirect tax compliance, including U.S. sales & use tax and international VAT/GST filings
    *

    Ensure accurate tax treatment within ERP (NetSuite) and tax automation tools (Avalara or similar)
    *

    Manage external tax advisors and coordinate compliance deliverables
    *

    Analyze tax implications of new products, services, and market expansions
    *

    Partner with accounting, business development, and customer success teams to provide practical tax guidance
    *

    Monitor evolving tax regulations and implement process or system updates as needed

    Drive automation, process improvements, and system enhancements related to tax workflows

    Requirements

    *

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
    *

    5-10 years of progressive experience in indirect tax, ideally with a blend of public accounting and industry exposure
    *

    Strong knowledge of U.S. sales & use tax and VAT/GST frameworks in international jurisdictions
    *

    Hands-on experience with tax automation tools (Avalara, Vertex, etc.) and ERP systems like NetSuite
    *

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non-finance stakeholders
    *

    Proven project management ability and attention to detail
    *

    Senior System Analyst

    About the Role:
    A growing retail organization is seeking a Senior Retail Systems Analyst to support and enhance its enterprise retail applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with JDA/MMS (Merchandise Management System) and Sales Audit, strong SQL scripting abilities, and exposure to ERP environments such as NetSuite.     Key Responsibilities:

    * Configure, support, and maintain JDA/MMS to ensure seamless merchandising, pricing, and inventory operations.
    * Support Sales Audit processes to reconcile store and ecommerce sales with ERP and payment systems.
    * Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and reports for data extraction, transformation, and analytics.
    * Automate workflows and file transfers using tools such as RoboFTP or similar automation platforms.
    * Monitor and maintain scheduled system jobs; troubleshoot and recover from failures.
    * Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, finance, and store operations to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
    * Support and troubleshoot integrations between systems including MMS, POS, ecommerce, and ERP (NetSuite).
    * Document system configurations, data flows, and process designs.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    * 5+ years of experience with JDA/MMS or Blue Yonder MMS in a retail environment.
    * Strong SQL Server experience, including performance tuning and complex query development
    * Familiarity with RoboFTP, AS/400, or job scheduling tools.
    * 2+ years of ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
    * Solid understanding of retail business processes including inventory, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
