My client, a boutique retail organization, is seeking a talented NetSuite ERP Systems Manager to join their team. This organization has seen tremendous success over the last few years in the ecommerce space and are excited about what's to come!

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop ERP strategies, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and addressing inquiries.
* Define project scopes, prioritize requirements, and supervise execution with external teams.
* Collaborate with other departments to understand ERP integration and regional needs.
* Utilize feedback and analytics to make development decisions and refine the roadmap.
* Act as the NetSuite expert, guiding stakeholders and improving procedures.
* Provide end-user training to internal teams as needed.
* Keep cross-functional stakeholders informed about development progress.
* Monitor product performance using KPIs and feedback for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of NetSuite experience.
* Comprehensive understanding of NetSuite-related products and services.
* Prior background utilizing Shopify.
* Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adept in technical project management.
Prior experience working within the retail or ecommerce industry.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
