    About the Opportunity

    Our client is a well-established North American manufacturer and distributor with a global footprint, serving major retail and commercial markets across multiple product categories.     As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator with a strong background in manufacturing and distribution environments. This individual will play a critical role in managing, optimizing, and enhancing the NetSuite platform to support business operations, improve efficiencies, and drive scalable growth across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring system performance, reliability, and data integrity.
    * Configure and customize NetSuite modules including Financials, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Order Management.
    * Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, custom records, and automations to improve efficiency and support business requirements.
    * Manage EDI integrations, including implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
    * Create and maintain advanced saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and custom reporting solutions.
    * Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
    * Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
    * Evaluate current business processes and align them with NetSuite best practices.
    * Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
    * Support system upgrades, new functionality deployments, acquisitions, and subsidiary implementations.
    * Lead change management efforts related to ERP enhancements and business process improvements.
    * Stay current on NetSuite releases, industry trends, and emerging best practices.

    Qualifications

    * Experience as a NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite Consultant
    * Strong experience supporting organizations within manufacturing and distribution environments.
    * Deep understanding of NetSuite functionality, including Financials, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, and EDI.
    * Experience with third-party NetSuite applications and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
    * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
    * Experience developing and optimizing NetSuite workflows and business processes.
    * Experience participating in ERP implementations, rollouts, or multi-subsidiary environments.
    * Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
    * Experience handling large data sets, data imports, bulk updates, and system maintenance activities.

    Requirements

    * Strong NetSuite implementation knowledge - you must have a solid technical understanding of end-to-end NetSuite implementations
    * Proven Service Delivery leadership - experience managing mixed teams (Techno-Functional Consultants, PMs, Delivery staff) and owning project outcomes
    * Exceptional client-facing and communication skills - the ability to represent the business professionally with clients is non-negotiable
    * Must be based in Ontario (relocation support TBD; visa sponsorship TBD)
