The Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, has a strong accounting foundation, and brings a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording and classification of transactions in NetSuite. Collaborate closely with teams across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, logistics, and inventory planning.

Lead the month-end close process, including data reconciliation, risk evaluation, control design, and documentation.

Perform monthly analytical reviews by channel, report on KPIs, and investigate anomalies. Support budgeting and reforecasting efforts based on business trends and department-level results.

Serve as the point of contact for year-end audits, corporate and sales tax compliance, 409A valuations, and lender diligence processes.

Support cash flow management through monitoring A/R collections and A/P processing.
