What steps should you take to become a Developer?

Education

Four-fifths (80%) of Developers hold at least a Bachelor’s degree. Yet only 20% consider a degree to be an important factor to work with NetSuite, while 61% consider a degree an important factor in increasing earning potential.

Certification

Less than a tenth (8%) of Developers are certified, and no Developers that took part in our survey believe that certifications help make you a more valuable professional.

Of the Developers that hold a certification, all hold the NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification which is a prerequisite for all others.
