Senior Accountant
Location: Morristown, NJ
Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000
Our high-growth consumer goods client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations, month-end close, and cross-functional reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, partnering with operations, and supporting a fast-paced, scaling environment. NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
*
Support day-to-day accounting operations across AP/AR, and general ledger activities.
*
Prepare journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.
*
Partner with operations to ensure accurate recording of inventory movements in NetSuite
*
Help implement improved processes, internal controls, and scalable accounting workflows.
*
Prepare intercompany invoices and reconcile intercompany activity.
*
Support audit requests, bank inquiries, and other external reporting needs.
*
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Requirements
*
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce.
*
NetSuite experience strongly preferred
*
Comfort working in a high-growth, evolving environment with changing processes.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 and includes eligibility for the company's stock option program. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO.
