What You'll Do

Lead & Manage all aspects of manufacturing operations across the facility

Develop and implement SOPs to standardize production processes, ensure quality, and support compliance
*

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalability
*

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership
*

Build and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team
*

Support and lead initiatives to scale operations to meet future demand and growth targets
*

Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's core values

What You Bring

*

Proven leadership experience in food and beverage manufacturing
*

Strong background in developing SOPs, scaling operations, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma a plus)
*

Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and growth
*

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
*

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
*

Experience in a high-growth or startup-like environment preferred
