A well-established consulting environment is looking for a Solution Lead to take ownership of end-to-end NetSuite delivery across a range of transformation projects.
This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll lead solution design, run customer workshops and guide delivery across finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and reporting. You'll be the link between business needs and system outcomes, keeping things clear, aligned and moving forward.
It suits someone who's confident making decisions, comfortable with stakeholders and focused on delivering solutions that are practical and scalable.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading discovery sessions and translating business needs into clear solution designs
* Running workshops that drive structure, clarity and decisions
* Owning solution documentation that supports both stakeholders and delivery teams
* Acting as the lead functional consultant across implementation projects
* Working closely with project managers to keep delivery on track
* Collaborating with technical teams to ensure end-to-end solutions land properly
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes where it makes sense
* Supporting testing and go-live to ensure a smooth transition
* Contributing to scoping, estimates and early risk identification
* Mentoring team members and supporting pre-sales when needed
What You'll Bring
* 6-8+ years of NetSuite consulting experience, including full lifecycle implementations
* Strong experience designing solutions across finance and core business processes
* Solid understanding of P2P, O2C and R2R
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and guiding decisions
* A practical mindset-able to simplify complexity and keep things moving
* Experience managing scope, risk and delivery quality
* Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing clarity
* Strong NetSuite knowledge across configuration, reporting and core modules
* Relevant degree in Business, IT or similar (nice to have)
