NetSuite Solutions Consultant

We're looking for a Solution Leads to drive end-to-end NetSuite implementation and business solution projects. These roles focus on helping organisations achieve clear, practical outcomes across core finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and reporting.

This is a senior delivery role for someone who can confidently lead solution design, run high-impact workshops, and guide delivery teams through execution. You'll be the go-to person for shaping the solution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring what's delivered is scalable, practical and easy to operate long term.

You'll lead solution design and functional delivery, working closely with project managers, technical consultants, and third-party providers depending on the engagement. Success in this role looks like clear solution decisions, strong stakeholder alignment, and delivery that stays on track.

What You'll Do

Customer discovery & solution design: Translate organisational goals into end-to-end solutions that fit their business

Workshop leadership: Lead solution design sessions, ask the right questions, and turn requirements into actionable decisions
*

Solution documentation: Create and maintain solution design artefacts that stakeholders understand and delivery teams can execute against
*

Functional delivery leadership: Act as lead functional consultant across projects, partnering with project managers to keep delivery on track
*

Cross-team coordination: Collaborate with technical consultants and third parties to shape, validate, and deliver complete solutions
*

Process improvement & leading practice: Recommend smarter ways of working where they add value and align to the organisation's direction
*

Testing & go-live planning: Support solution validation and launch readiness for a smooth transition
*

Scoping, risk & delivery management: Contribute to estimates and statements of work, identify risks early, and drive mitigation to resolution
*

Team leadership & pre-sales support: Mentor consultants and support solution discussions during sales conversations

What You'll Bring

These roles suit senior consultants who can lead delivery, make confident solution decisions, and keep projects moving as priorities evolve.

6-8 years' NetSuite consulting experience, including leading end-to-end implementations
*

Strong experience designing integrated solutions across systems, teams, and workstreams
*

Solid grounding in finance fundamentals and core business processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report)
*

Confidence engaging senior stakeholders as the trusted point of contact during delivery
*

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into practical next steps
*

Ability to balance leading practice with what will realistically work for the organisation's operating model
*

Practical delivery mindset with experience managing scope, identifying risks early, and maintaining quality
*

Experience leading multiple concurrent implementations across different organisations
*

Strong NetSuite platform knowledge across configuration, roles and permissions, reporting, and core modules
*

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (preferred)
