NetSuite Solutions Consultant

The Role

As a NetSuite Solution Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor for customers during delivery. You'll lead workshops, define solution architecture, and work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery and solution design, translating business needs into end-to-end NetSuite solutions

Facilitate solution workshops, driving clear outcomes and aligned decisions
*

Create and maintain solution design documentation for both clients and delivery teams
*

Act as the functional lead across implementation projects, ensuring delivery stays on track
*

Collaborate with technical consultants and third parties to deliver integrated solutions
*

Recommend process improvements and leading practices aligned to business goals
*

Support testing, validation, and go-live readiness
*

Contribute to scoping, estimations, and statements of work
*

Identify and manage risks and dependencies throughout delivery
*

Provide mentorship to consultants and support pre-sales activities where required

About You

You're a senior NetSuite professional who can confidently lead delivery, influence stakeholders, and make sound solution decisions in dynamic environments.

Key requirements:

6-8+ years' NetSuite consulting experience, including end-to-end implementations
*

Strong experience designing integrated business solutions across systems and teams
*

Solid understanding of core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
*

Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
*

Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, delivery-focused mindset
*

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
*

Strong knowledge of the NetSuite platform (configuration, roles, permissions, reporting, core modules)
*

Ability to balance best practice vs real-world business needs
*

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline (preferred)
