A highly efficient, small-scale manufacturing company is seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join their team. Partnering with Anderson Frank, this internal NetSuite end-user is known for its hands-on, team-oriented culture and strong cross-departmental collaboration. With approximately 100 employees and a production output of 700+ units per month, the company runs a lean and effective operation.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the company's NetSuite ERP system while also providing general IT support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite system
* Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, finance, operations, and sales
* Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues company-wide
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
* General IT systems administration experience
* Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $80,000-$90,000
