NetSuite Product Owner
Onsite (4 days in office)| Midtown Manhattan
Base Salary: $150,000 - $225,000
About the Role
We're hiring a hands-on NetSuite Product Owner who can own the system roadmap while also doing the day-to-day configuration, solutioning, and workflow design. The ideal candidate comes from a NetSuite consulting background and can partner with operations, supply chain, finance, and IT to drive improvements across the platform. This role requires deep functional expertise along with the ability to build, test, and deploy changes directly in NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
*
Own the NetSuite roadmap and translate business needs into actionable system enhancements.
*
Perform hands-on configuration, workflow creation, saved searches, forms, and functional changes.
*
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and UAT for all NetSuite initiatives.
*
Support and improve EDI, WMS, order management, and inventory workflows.
*
Manage and troubleshoot integrations with big-box retailers (Walmart, Target, Amazon), ensuring compliance with routing guides and vendor requirements.
*
Partner with teams across operations, supply chain, logistics, and accounting to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
*
Act as internal SME on NetSuite functionality, providing training and support when needed.
*
Work with external partners and developers when advanced customization is required.
Required Experience
*
4+ years in NetSuite-focused roles with direct configuration experience.
*
Strong consulting background (NetSuite partner or similar).
*
Hands-on experience with EDI, WMS, and wholesale/distribution environments.
*
Experience supporting integrations with major retailers and understanding related compliance requirements.
*
Ability to design scalable workflows and functional solutions in a fast-paced environment.
