The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetSuite and a strong background in financial management within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and systems.
* Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting and data management.
* Mentor and lead accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
* Proficiency in NetSuite; certification is a plus.
* Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership and communication abilities.
