A rapidly growing organization is seeking a Director of Enterprise Systems to lead the strategy, optimization, and management of NetSuite ERP and integrated enterprise applications. This role will drive system efficiency, scalability, and alignment with overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of NetSuite ERP across departments.

Partner with leadership to define the enterprise systems roadmap and support growth initiatives.

Oversee system integrations using tools like Celigo, Workato, and SPS Commerce.
*

Manage reporting, analytics, and data accuracy across platforms.
*

Lead internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful system performance and enhancements.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience managing enterprise systems, including NetSuite ERP.
*

Strong technical and functional knowledge of NetSuite, integrations, and system workflows.
*

Experience in eCommerce, 3PL, or manufacturing environments preferred.
*

Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
