I am seeking a Sr. NetSuite Systems Analyst/Change Enablement Lead at a high-growth, privately held CPG leader that's the fastest-growing brand in their space-there product is on the shelves of every major U.S. retailer (Whole Foods, Target, Costco, Walmart etc.). This founder-led disruptor is scaling from over $100M in revenue to billion-dollar potential, adding SKUs, subsidiaries, and global markets at lightning speeds.
This is a hands-on, in-office (Greater Boston area) role to own NetSuite stability, user adoption, and cross-functional alignment across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing in a small, agile IT team (just 2 people!). You'll be the strategic bridge between systems and people-educating, documenting, and driving measurable efficiency in a startup-vibe culture.
