NetSuite Principal Consultant

We're on the hunt for a NetSuite Principal Consultant to join a Sydney-based client in a permanent, onsite position. Someone who can own delivery, influence strategy, and drive real business outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

* Leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, from discovery through to go-live and optimisation
* Acting as the senior point of contact for clients-advising on best practice, architecture, and scalable solutions
* Driving workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into functional solutions
* Overseeing integrations, data migration, and system enhancements
* Troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring high system performance post-implementation
* Mentoring consultants and shaping delivery standards across the team

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience delivering NetSuite implementations in a lead or principal capacity
* Strong functional knowledge across core NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, SCM, etc.)
* Experience working across multiple industries (Manufacturing, Services, Wholesale, etc. highly regarded)
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and running client workshops
* A hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
