Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced Accounting Expertise - strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
* Strong financial analytical skills
* Skilled in leveraging accounting & budgeting systems, and implementing new technologies (NetSuite)
* Ability to partner with program leaders, department heads, and leadership
* Experience overseeing, supervising, and growing a team
