NetSuite Warhouse Manager
Onsite - Middlesex County, NJ
Are you passionate about NetSuite WMS and warehouse operations? This is a rapidly growing manufacturing client, now surpassing $20M+ in revenue, who is looking to bring on a NetSuite Warehouse Manager. If you enjoy hands-on warehouse work, love improving processes, and thrive in a small, tight-knit, family-oriented environment, this could be an excellent next step for you.
Job Responsibilities:
* Using NetSuite WMS daily to manage waves, picks, putaways, and bin transfers
* Overseeing all warehouse operations while ensuring a safe, compliant workspace
* Managing inventory accuracy through NetSuite for real-time tracking and reporting
* Improving workflows and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency
* Leading and mentoring warehouse staff to foster a collaborative, high-performing team
* Partnering with cross-functional teams to support broader operational goals
Job Requirements:
* Hands-on experience with NetSuite and NetSuite WMS
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and workflow optimization
* Someone who enjoys a small, supportive environment and takes pride in building strong teams
