We are seeking a knowledgeable Controller to become an integral part of our client's Accounting and NetSuite team in Lake County, IL. This is a permanent, onsite opportunity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing financial processes while collaborating closely with all departments within the organization.

Responsibilities and Skills Required:
- Expertise in Netsuite for efficient financial operations and reporting (3+ years)
- Proven experience in financial management and controller positions (5+ years)
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly
