- Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, preferably Netsuite.

* Oversee operations across two facilities:
o Raw materials & manufacturing (blend and bottle perfumes, 35,000-40,000 sq. ft.)
o Finished goods warehouse (includes offices and customer pickup)
* Lead process cleanup and standardization for warehousing and inventory workflows.
* Map, design, and implement repeatable processes for inventory movement and tracking.
* Assign and document physical process flows; prioritize inventory movement into NetSuite.
* Support initial inventory cleanup and ensure accurate tracking from square one.
* Utilize Excel or Alere ERP for short-term usability; transition processes into NetSuite.
* Oversee WMS and inventory systems integration along with Bryant Park; ensure IT/warehousing alignment.
* Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff; ensure adherence to new processes.
