This company is a market leader in their field, and has their sights focused on becoming a national organization. This organization is a leading provider of specialized restoration solutions, recognized for its broad service capabilities and strong regional presence in major metropolitan and high-traffic areas. With a strategic vision to expand nationally, it is well-positioned for significant growth and brand development which will also mean increasing their NetSuite user count. Duties and Responsibilities
* Design, configure, and enhance ERP modules, workflows, and custom solutions to improve functionality and efficiency.
* Apply advisory recommendations for system optimization, including configuration adjustments and performance improvements.
* Manage and troubleshoot integrations with third-party applications, ensuring accurate data flow and resolving mapping or configuration issues.
* Create and maintain advanced searches, reports, dashboards, and automated processes to support operational needs.
* Develop robust reporting and analytics using native ERP tools and enterprise BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Domo), ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
