Known for helping young people grow into confident, capable adults with a sense of purpose and responsibility, this organization was founded in 1909 and has transformed the lives of more than 58,000 youth. As they continue to expand they are seeking a Director of Finance who can help lead and support the team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced Accounting Expertise - Oversee month/end close, budgeting, payroll reconciliation, and financial reporting
* Strong financial analytical skills
* Skilled in working with ERP systems, such as NetSuite
