Interim Controller

Our Client is seeking Interim Controller to step in and lead day to day accounting operations for a multi entity environment. This is a hands on, onsite role focused on driving a timely close, maintaining audit readiness, and improving accounting processes and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the full accounting cycle including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll entries, and fixed assets
* Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and deliver accurate GAAP compliant financial statements
* Maintain audit readiness and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and advisors
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with clear insights for leadership
* Strengthen internal controls and improve intercompany accounting processes
* Drive process improvements and accounting workflow standardization
* Support ERP and reporting optimization within NetSuite
* Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure financial accountability across entities

Qualifications

* 7 plus years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership at the Controller level
* Strong multi entity accounting experience required
* Proven audit preparation and audit management experience required
* Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
* NetSuite proficiency required
* Strong Excel skills and comfort building reporting and analysis
* Clear communication style and ability to work onsite with operational teams
