Principal Technical NetSuite Consultant, 160,000

Key Responsibilities

* Lead complex NetSuite implementation, optimization, and transformation initiatives
* Serve as a senior escalation point for functional and delivery challenges
* Provide day to day leadership, coaching, and guidance to consultants across project teams
* Own solution design and ensure alignment with NetSuite native functionality and client objectives
* Partner with executive level client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions
* Support governance, quality standards, and delivery consistency across engagements
* Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and system enhancements
* Contribute to internal process improvement, methodology development, and team growth

Required Experience and Qualifications

* Extensive NetSuite consulting experience in complex, multi entity environments
* Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring consultants and guiding delivery teams
* Strong core NetSuite functional skill set across finance and operations
* Experience with procure to pay and order to cash processes
* Exposure to SuiteBilling and Advanced Accounting strongly preferred
* Experience working with or at large NetSuite partners or top tier consulting firms
* Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client facing discussions
* Comfortable operating in a fully remote consulting environment
