A well-established and growing consumer products company in the outdoor/lifestyle space is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. The organization operates a strong direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform along with complementary sales channels and is continuing to invest in scalable systems and infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a technically strong accounting professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and understands inventory-driven, product-based businesses.

Key Responsibilites
* Lead and execute all day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and cost accounting.
* Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
* Serve as the primary accounting owner and subject matter expert for NetSuite.
* Act as a leader and trusted financial partner to ownership and senior management.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or senior-level accounting leadership
* Strong hands-on NetSuite experience required
* Solid understanding of GAAP and financial controls
* CPA preferred
