Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Lead end-to-end distribution center operations including receiving, warehousing, fulfilment, shipping, returns, and on-site light manufacturing
* NetSuite experience
* Own forecasting, SIOP, master production scheduling, and inventory optimization to align supply with demand
* Drive customer experience outcomes including service quality, fulfilment accuracy, and satisfaction
