I'm partnering with a PE‑backed mid‑market tech company expanding its Sales Finance team with a Senior FP&A Analyst.
This is a highly visible role working closely with sales leadership in a fast‑paced carve‑out environment. It includes forecasting, variance analysis, sales performance insights, long‑range planning, exec‑level reporting, and opportunities to drive process improvements.
The position is hybrid in Rolling Meadows, IL.
Key responsibilities include overseeing financial operations and guiding strategic initiatives utilizing Netsuite software. We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Proven experience in financial leadership or financial control roles
- Strong proficiency with Netsuite or similar financial platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Capability to drive process improvements and financial strategies
