Known for its craftsmanship and timeless design, the company is continuing to scale across eCommerce, wholesale, and retail channels. With steady growth and increasing operational complexity, they are investing in leadership and infrastructure to support long term expansion.
This Director of Operations role will play a pivotal part in strengthening and streamlining production, supply chain, fulfillment, and systems. You will partner closely with executive leadership to influence operational strategy, drive efficiencies, and build the infrastructure needed to support continued growth. This is a highly visible position where your voice will be heard and your impact will be tangible across the organization.
Required Duties and Skills:
* Proven leadership experience within the jewelry or fashion industry
* Strong strategic planning and operational execution capabilities
* Experience building and maintaining core NetSuite workflows including purchasing, inventory management, order flow, and reporting
* Ability to strengthen production, supply chain, and fulfillment processes
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams
* Demonstrated success managing change and driving innovation
* Strong financial acumen and ability to improve operational efficiency in a fast paced environment
