I'm excited to share that I'm partnering with a client who is searching for a strong Business Analyst with deep expertise in NetSuite, eCommerce, and Celigo. This is a high‑impact role that will oversee core platforms-including ERP and WMS-while managing cross‑functional workflows from order creation through fulfillment and reporting.
The position involves supporting and optimizing integrations, driving process improvements, and working closely with Finance and Operations to deliver scalable, reliable system solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in eCommerce or subscription‑based environments, advanced NetSuite skills, and the ability to navigate complex integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to improve processes and systems
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide valuable insights
- Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and deployment
- Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
