Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite)
About the Role
We're working with a growing organization in the renewable energy space looking to hire a NetSuite Support Analyst to support their manufacturing operations. This person will act as the primary on-site NetSuite resource, working closely with plant leadership, finance, and supply chain teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting, user support, and driving process improvements within the system. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and making a direct impact on operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite users across manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, procurement, and finance
* Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
* Support manufacturing workflows including work orders, BOMs, inventory, and fulfillment
* Partner with leadership to improve processes and optimize NetSuite usage
* Collaborate with ERP teams on system updates, testing, and enhancements
* Train end users and promote best practices across the organization
Desired Qualifications
* 2-5+ years of ERP support experience (NetSuite preferred)
* Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
* Strong understanding of inventory, production workflows, and ERP processes
