About the Role

We're partnering with a growing organization that recently implemented NetSuite as its core ERP across finance, operations, CRM, and project management. They're looking to bring on a NetSuite System Manager to take ownership of the platform and drive ongoing optimization. This person will act as the internal NetSuite expert, working cross-functionally to improve processes, enhance reporting, and ensure system scalability as the business grows. It's a high-impact role with visibility to leadership and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator (users, roles, permissions, security) across production and sandbox environments
* Manage system configuration, enhancements, integrations, and overall performance
* Own release management (testing, training, deployment) and maintain system documentation
* Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements
* Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools
* Ensure data integrity and audit system usage to support accurate financial and operational reporting
* Act as the main point of contact for NetSuite support/ACS and coordinate system improvements
* Troubleshoot system issues impacting financials, order flow, and operations
* Train end users and support adoption across departments

Desired Qualifications

* 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
* Experience across key modules (Financials - GL, AP/AR, Rev Rec; plus CRM, Projects )
* Strong understanding of system configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations

Nice to Have

* Experience with NetSuite Advanced Project Management
* Exposure to cloud-based application management or integrations
* Background in a manufacturing or operational environment
