Role Purpose
Our client is looking for contractor to support a live NetSuite environment, ensuring stability, optimisation, and enhancement of key business processes for a 6 month contract. A strong focus will be placed on Advanced Approvals configuration and management, alongside support for operational workflows across field-based service delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day NetSuite functional/technical support within a live environment
* Maintain, configure, and enhance Advanced Approvals workflows (essential requirement)
* Support operational and financial process flows within NetSuite
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements
* Assist with optimisation of field service and/or manufacturing-related workflows
* Troubleshoot system issues and ensure continuity of critical business operations
* Contribute to ongoing system stabilisation and enhancement initiatives
Required Experience
* Strong, proven NetSuite experience in contractor or senior functional/technical roles
* Extensive hands-on experience with Advanced Approvals (mandatory)
* Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM) and/or manufacturing environments (highly desirable)
* Solid understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, operational environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
