Senior Manager of Ecommerce

We are partnering on with a well-established, fast-growing luxury consumer brand to hire a Senior Manager of Ecommerce. This individual will own the performance of the direct-to-consumer business and lead digital marketing strategy across all channels.
This is a high-visibility role with real ownership, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue, conversion, and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:
* Proven ownership of DTC ecommerce performance including revenue, conversion, and digital merchandising
* Strong background in digital marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email, SMS, and Retargeting
* Experience driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through performance marketing
* Hands-on experience managing marketing spend with a focus on ROI and efficiency
* Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4 and performance reporting
* Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, Klaviyo, and Attentive
* Ability to lead testing and optimization across channels, creative, and onsite experience
* Experience managing and developing at least one direct report
* Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams across brand, merchandising, and operations
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move quickly and execute
