We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join a growing NetSuite practice in New Zealand. This is a leadership-focused position suited to a senior consultant who enjoys owning solution design, mentoring consultants, engaging with stakeholders, and driving successful ERP implementations.
Working across a diverse portfolio of customers, you will play a key role in pre-sales, solution architecture, delivery governance, and practice development while remaining hands-on with NetSuite implementations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end NetSuite solution design across multiple implementation and optimisation projects.
* Act as the primary functional lead during discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution architecture sessions.
* Partner with sales teams during pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, scoping, and proposal development.
* Provide strategic ERP consulting and best-practice guidance to clients across finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and professional services.
* Mentor and support junior and intermediate consultants within the practice.
* Work closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure solutions are delivered effectively.
* Manage stakeholder relationships with executive sponsors, project managers, and business leaders.
* Review project scope, identify risks, and provide recommendations to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Contribute to practice development, methodologies, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support customer success activities including system optimisation, roadmap planning, and business transformation initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* 5+ years of ERP consulting experience with significant exposure to NetSuite.
* Strong functional knowledge across NetSuite Financials and core business processes.
* Proven experience leading workshops and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
* Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive-level audiences.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including:
* Order to Cash
* Procure to Pay
* Record to Report
* Inventory & Supply Chain
* Project Management and Services Automation
* Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
* Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Highly Desirable
* Previous experience in a Solution Architect, Practice Lead, Principal Consultant, or Senior Consultant capacity.
* NetSuite certifications.
* Experience across manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, or professional services industries.
* Exposure to integrations, SuiteAnalytics, WMS, CRM, or advanced NetSuite modules.
* Experience contributing to pre-sales and business development activities.
