Rapidly Growing, AI-Driven Distribution Start-up Company!
This is a rare opportunity to join a rare AI-native distribution platform that works with some of the most recognized enterprise buyers, including major multi-brand retailers, department stores, and club channels. They are a high growth startup that offers real energy and momentum, where you can roll up your sleeves, build out the accounting function from the ground up, and work closely with the executive leadership where your voice and input is genuinely valued. It is a unique company with a strong culture, little direct competition, and a motivated team that is serious about automation and process improvement.
This person will come with a strong accounting and finance leadership background, and thrive in a fast moving, high growth environment where they can build, lead, and bring rigor and transparency to complex marketplace economics.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:
* Active CPA with Big 4 public accounting background
* CPG and retail experience with a strong understanding of inventory and trade dynamics
* Private industry experience spanning both startup and larger company environments
* Hands on experience managing the external audit process from the company side
* Marketplace experience with familiarity of how modern distribution and inventory platforms operate
This role is ideal for an experienced Controller that is energized by the challenge of building scalable infrastructure, strengthening controls, and owning the full accounting function at a company that is changing how inventory moves globally.
