We are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to help optimally oversee and enhance our financial controllership, supporting vital project accounting and inventory control. In this role, you will directly contribute to driving process efficiencies and ensuring accurate data management while working closely with executive leadership and operational managers. The environment is progressive, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and commercial recommendations.
* Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, ideally with systems administration experience
* Proven experience managing balance sheet reconciliations across multiple subsidiaries
* Strong understanding of revenue recognition (WIP, project-based income, and deposits without finished work)
* Expertise in project accounting and multi-location inventory control
* Leadership capacity to mentor transactional finance staff, coupled with a strategic mindset to take initiative
