Remote (Ontario-based) - $200,000 Base Salary | Leading NetSuite Partner
A well-established and highly regarded NetSuite partner is urgently seeking a Head of Service Delivery to take full ownership of their delivery function. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strong NetSuite professional to step in, lead a talented mixed team, and shape the future of the organization's delivery practice.

Requirements
* Strong NetSuite implementation knowledge - you must have a solid technical understanding of end-to-end NetSuite implementations
* Proven Service Delivery leadership - experience managing mixed teams (Techno-Functional Consultants, PMs, Delivery staff) and owning project outcomes
* Exceptional client-facing and communication skills - the ability to represent the business professionally with clients is non-negotiable
* Must be based in Ontario (relocation support TBD; visa sponsorship TBD)
