IT Systems Support Specialist
$80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Benefits
Growing Wholesale Plant Nursery in San Juan Capistrano, CA!
This rapidly growing California wholesale nursery is actively seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to provide hands-on systems and day-to-day IT support across their six Southern California locations.
As a company with deep roots in the agriculture industry, they pride themselves on delivering the widest variety of quality plants and trees to landscape professionals across the region. Through a series of strategic acquisitions, they have grown to fifteen locations statewide and an estimated annual revenue of over $350 million!

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience across systems, resolving hardware, and network troubleshooting in a multi-site environment
- Comfortable operating across multiple platforms including Microsoft 365 and NetSuite
- Strong problem-solving instincts with a clear understanding of the weight of decisions before acting
- A self-starter with a genuine caretaker mentality who takes full ownership and sees projects through from start to finish
- Ability to travel to six Southern California locations as needed
