NetSuite Post Go-Live Consultant

We are seeking a Finance Consultant with expertise in NetSuite to support our organisation's financial operations and system optimisation initiatives. In this hybrid role based in Kitchener, ON, Canada, you will collaborate across departments to finish a defined set of post-implementation finance projects, ensuring our systems align with strategic business objectives. Most items are 75-90% complete and need an expert to deliver the final push.

Key responsibilities:

* Automate vendor payment processing through BMO Sync, including vendor banking details, test deposit verification, and remittance advice
* Resolve outstanding Dunning configuration and build statement and overdue invoice email templates
* Configure SuiteTax to correctly calculate and finalise HST/GST returns
* Set up commission processing and streamline commission payments
* Import fixed asset inventory and continuity schedules
* Correct invoice PDF formatting, email field mapping, and partial-payment statement mapping
