I'm partnering with a private equity-backed company in the Chicago area that's scaling rapidly and investing heavily in its finance function.
This is a #2 to the CFO role with real influence-perfect for someone who wants to build, own, and shape the accounting function in a business projected to triple in size.
This role seeks an experienced Finance Leader to oversee financial operations and strategic planning, driving growth and efficiency within the organisation. You will bring your expertise to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring our financial practices align with business goals. The position is based in Oak Brook and offers a hybrid work setup, striking a balance between collaboration and flexibility.
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
* Proficiency in Netsuite or similar financial systems
* Experience with budget management and forecasting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
