NetSuite Business Analyst
Location: Greater Boston Area (Onsite - 4 Days per Week)

As the organization continues to grow, they are looking for a NetSuite Business Analyst to help optimize their ERP environment, improve cross-functional business processes, and support users across multiple departments.

Position Overview
The NetSuite Business Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, supporting the company's NetSuite ERP environment and its integrated business applications. This individual will partner closely with users across the organization to gather requirements, improve business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and drive user adoption while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with end users, understands how NetSuite supports core business operations, and can balance technical problem-solving with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and optimize the company's NetSuite ERP environment.
* Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to understand business needs and recommend scalable solutions.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system enhancements.
* Support NetSuite integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Celigo, EDI, Shopify, and other third-party applications.
* Assist with system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and training.
* Drive user adoption by promoting NetSuite best practices and standardized business processes.
* Help improve data quality, reporting, and overall system efficiency.
* Troubleshoot day-to-day ERP issues and coordinate with technical resources when necessary.
* Participate in ongoing ERP optimization projects and future system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience supporting NetSuite ERP in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or ERP Analyst role.
* Experience supporting NetSuite-related business applications and integrations, including platforms such as Salesforce, Celigo, EDI, Shopify, or similar technologies.
* Experience within the Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, Wholesale, or Distribution industries.
* Strong understanding of business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Customer Operations.
* Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with business stakeholders and managing customer-facing business processes.
* Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting cross-functional projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting eCommerce platforms and omnichannel operations.
* Knowledge of NetSuite Saved Searches, Workflows, and reporting.
* Experience with integrations using Celigo or other iPaaS platforms.
* Exposure to Salesforce administration or CRM processes.
* Experience with UAT, end-user training, and change management.

Location Requirement: This is an onsite position in the Greater Boston area. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite four days per week.
