We're seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Manager to lead and optimize ERP and MES systems for a growing manufacturing organization. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead full NetSuite ERP implementations and drive system customization
*
Build dashboards, workflows, and saved searches to support business operations
*
Oversee and align ERP and MES systems for seamless integration
*
Partner with production, quality, finance, and IT teams to streamline processes
*
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
*
Mentor and develop a high-performing MES/ERP team
Requirements:
*
Experience participating in at least one full end-to-end NetSuite implementation
*
Strong manufacturing industry experience
*
Proficiency with saved searches, dashboards, and workflows in NetSuite
