Part-Time Accounting Manager

Role & Responsibilities

* Own month-end close process - account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation
* Manage AP & AR - prioritize payments based on CF constraints, follow up on outstanding invoices
* NetSuite Cleanup - reconcile accounts, build processes aligning with business goals
* Support Financial Planning - provide accurate data and insights

Skills & Qualifications

* 5+ years of accounting experience including full-cycle month-end close
* NetSuite proficiency
* Strong technical accounting skills
* Self-directed and detail obsessed
* Strategic thinking around payment prioritization and cash flow management
