Join a family driven manufacturing company that takes pride in building quality products and supporting its people. We are looking for a Senior NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of our ERP environment, drive process improvements, and help our teams get the most out of NetSuite.
In this role, you will collaborate across departments to optimize workflows, automate reporting, and ensure the system runs smoothly as the business continues to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on, solving problems, and making an impact in a collaborative, people first environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage day to day NetSuite administration, including user setup, roles, permissions, and system configurations
*
Lead system enhancements, customizations, and integrations with third party applications
*
Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and reports to support business operations and leadership decisions
*
Partner with accounting, manufacturing, and operations teams to streamline and automate key business processes
*
Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and ensure overall system performance and data integrity
Requirements:
*
5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator
*
SuiteScript (ability to create, edit, and read)
*
Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, Financials, Purchasing, etc.)
*
Experience with saved searches, workflows, and SuiteAnalytics
*
Excellent problem solving and communication skills across technical and non technical teams
*
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field
*
NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus
