IT Systems Manager - NetSuite Implementation

Our client, a fast-growing tech start-up, is in the exciting early stages of a NetSuite implementation and is looking for an experienced IT Systems Manager to take the lead. This is a newly created position born from the company's rapid growth and need for a strong technical leader to drive their systems strategy forward.
In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things NetSuite-working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless go-live and system adoption. You'll have the opportunity to build out processes, implement best practices, and help shape the company's technology landscape from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the NetSuite implementation and ensure a successful go-live
*
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define system requirements and workflows
*
Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other key business systems
*
Provide end-user training and ongoing system support
*
Drive automation and process improvements to support company growth
Qualifications:
*
Strong background in NetSuite administration, configuration, and implementation
*
Experience leading ERP or system rollouts from start to finish
*
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
*
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
*
Based in NYC with the ability to work on-site
