IT Manager

A brand new and exclusive opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to join a globally recognised brand based in Gold Coast, QLD. This critical stand-alone role offers full ownership of IT operations across international locations.
You'll be responsible for leading the IT function, delivering digital transformation projects, and managing core systems including NetSuite ERP and Microsoft 365.
Key Duties:
* Lead the global IT strategy, infrastructure, and cyber security for the business
* Manage and improve core platforms: NetSuite ERP and Microsoft 365
* Provide hands-on day-to-day IT support across all sites, including onboarding, offboarding, and device set-up
* Oversee third-party service desk support and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
* Collaborate with department heads on system enhancements, integrations, and tech initiatives
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in an IT leadership role
* Proven experience with NetSuite ERP
* Strong technical background with Microsoft 365
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
