Position Overview:
This is not your average Controller role. We're looking for a strong leader with a full-cycle accounting background who isn't afraid to get into the nitty-gritty of the day-to-day. You'll be overseeing everything from month-end close to financial reporting, while mentoring and developing a growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, GL, payroll, bank reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly/year-end close.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Own the NetSuite ERP system from an accounting perspective-leveraging system capabilities to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Lead, mentor, and support the accounting team, fostering growth and promoting best practices.

Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
*

Drive process improvements and automation efforts within the department.

Support external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
