As we scale, we are transitioning to NetSuite ERP and are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to play a pivotal role in our finance team during this exciting period of growth and transformation.
The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong NetSuite experience who can hit the ground running and serve as a point of guidance for the broader team during and after our NetSuite go-live. This is a high-impact role that will be involved in both the day-to-day accounting function and in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of NetSuite across our finance workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage core accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
*
Serve as the go-to NetSuite expert on the team, helping troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and train team members on system use
*
Support the go-live process and ensure accurate migration of financial data into NetSuite
*
Assist with configuration and customization of reports, saved searches, and dashboards
*
Identify and implement process improvements to increase accounting accuracy and efficiency
*
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and leadership to ensure smooth ERP integration
*
Maintain compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
*
Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation of accounting processes
